At STELLA + GEMMA we aim to provide you with quality products, however, if you have purchased an item from STELLA + GEMMA and believe it to be faulty then items should be returned and we will do our best to replace it.
 
We understand that buying clothing online can be tricky as you've never felt the product or tried it on. That's why we have a lenient returns policy that allows you to get a store credit, exchange or refund, for any full priced items that you're not happy with. 

SALE ITEMS: We do not allow returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items. All items purchased on sale are considered final sale.

EARRINGS: For hygiene reasons we do not allow returns on STELLA + GEMMA earrings.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We cannot accept returns for purchases from other stores that stock STELLA + GEMMA, as we operate as separate entities.

All purchases are final, and no edits can be made once your order is placed. We do not plan our sales in advance, if an item goes on sale after you have purchased with us, we are unable to honor the new sale price - all pricing at checkout is final.

To request a return, please email us at online@stellaandgemma.com with your order number clearly stated. Once approved, please send the goods with Credit Approval number clearly attached to:

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags and packaging intact. We can either give you a full store credit on the item(s), exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer, or refund the item(s). We will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that the above conditions have not been met or if there has been a change in mind.

You have 10 working days after purchase to return items with your proof of purchase. 

Please ensure you note your return address on the sender details of the couriered parcel. 

We advise you to keep note of your return tracking information, as we do not take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by return parcels.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

To return an item, please contact us at online@stellaandgemma.com with your order number for us to approve. All return items must be sent back to us via a tracked courier service. The credit will only be given once we have received the package. We do not over the costs incurred to get the goods back to us.
